If you rob a bank, you’re stupid. Going to prison is supposed to help offset that stupid and somewhat correct it. That wasn’t the case for this guy. He goes to prison for robbery, serves his sentence, gets out, and goes to the SAME bank THE VERY NEXT DAY to rob it. He has since been arrested. I imagine the bank will be on high alert the day after his next release...
STORY:
On November 16, 2015, Markiko Lewis robbed a Key Bank branch on St. Clair Avenue in Cleveland, Ohio, subsequently serving a short prison term for the robbery. That term ended on April 11, when he was released. On April 12, Lewis walked into the same Key Bank and promptly proceeded to rob it, walking off with $1,044 in cash. He ran away, but got caught, and on Tuesday he was indicted on a single count of bank robbery, reports Cleveland.com.
