I've always admired Steve Harvey, mostly because I figured he was a down to earth good dude. Not like all the other celebs with their high egos and such. After reading this note, it kind of makes me sad to think he would be like this with his own people. We're all busy and sometimes other people hold us up, I get it! I basically live at the radio station and seems that when I'm trying to get stuff done so I can go home to my family, I'm almost always interrupted by someone who needs something from me. Whether it's a favor, someone with a question, or just someone needing to talk, the door is always open and I would never tell someone to not approach me.

Steve Harvey has no patience for employees at his eponymous talk show who want to, you know, talk to him. In a lengthy leaked memo that was shared online Wednesday, Harvey states, "I'd like you all to review and adhere to the following notes and rules for season five of my talk show. There will be no meetings in my dressing room. No stopping by or popping in. NO ONE. Do not come to my dressing room unless invited. Do not open my dressing room door. IF YOU OPEN MY DOOR, EXPECT TO BE REMOVED...Do not approach me while I'm in the makeup chair unless I ask to speak with you directly. Either knock or use the doorbell. I am seeking more free time for me throughout the day." He ends with, "Everyone, do not take offense to the new way of doing business. It is for the good of my personal life and enjoyment."
