Happy Groundhog Day... Maybe?

I love every season that we get here in Colorado. However, I think I'm just about over winter time, especially after that crazy ice storm we had yesterday lol. The good news? Gobbler (the groundhog) has only predicted the weather correctly half the time, so we have a 50/50 chance him being wrong. I'm good with those odds!

Read the full story below:

The world's most famous groundhog emerged from his hole at Gobbler's Knob in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, this morning and saw his shadow--which presumably means we're in for six more weeks of winter. (Of course, Phil's had a spotty track record over the years, correctly predicting the weather only half of the time.) USA Today reports that Phil squealed as he was awakened by handlers who pulled him out of his burrow around 7:15 a.m. as a light snow fell--and to be fair, those are inhumane conditions that would tick anybody off. One can only assume that Punxsutawney Phil then promptly retreated underground to watch his favorite Bill Murray movie, Groundhog Day.
