At about 2:30pm, in broad daylight, the Village East Playground in Windsor Colorado went up in flames & smoke! The Windsor Police Department is investigating the matter further but one possibility on their mind is arson. Why someone would torch a very popular children's playground is beyond us, especially in the light of day where the odds of you getting caught greatly increases! Windsor Parks & Rec said it'll take about 4-5 months to tear down and rebuilt the now extra crispy playground.
