One winner per household. The winner must not have won a prize within 30 days of their entry date. Since the prize value is over $600.00 in value, the winner may not win again from any Northern Colorado/Southern Wyoming iHeartRadio station until 365 days or 1 year has passed since the time of the collection of the prize. These stations include THE BEAR 92.9, RADIO 94.9, 96.1 KISS FM, STAR 97.1, BIG 97.9, 100.7 KOLT FM, B 107.3, 1410 KIIX AM, 600 KCOL AM.
Winner is responsible for any taxes and releases all liability of prizes dysfunction or expiration from iHeartMedia, its stations, agents, employees and sponsors. All prizes valued over $100 will require the winner to fill out a W-9 tax form.
iHeartMedia inc. is an INCOME REPORTING AGENCY. As per IRS code 28 “Winners are obligated to pay any and all taxes on the amount of their winnings incurred on prized valued at one hundred dollars ($100) or more; Combined cash and or prize value, During any given calendar year. Winners must sign a release (W-9) and provide iHeartMedia Inc. with a valid social security number solely for IRS reporting purposes.
Failure to follow these protocols when claiming a prize may result in deferral of being able to win any future contest or prize from iHeartMedia and its affiliated stations within the Northern Colorado and Southern Wyoming Cluster for up to one full Calendar year.
