Let me start with this isn't a knock on either place because I LOVE me some Mickey D's snacks! After a long weekend, you need a break today, McDonald's Twitter account operators! The fast-food chain got hilariously trolled on the social media platform by its rival Wendy's after someone mistakenly tweeted placeholder copy instead of an actual tweet on Thanksgiving night. "Black Friday ****Need copy and link****," Mickey D's accidentally tweeted, prompting Wendy's to reply, "When the tweets are as broken as the ice cream machine." LMAO!! Meanwhile, McDonald's poked fun at its own mistake by writing in a followup tweet, "When you tweet before your first cup of McCafé...Nothing comes before coffee."
