On Friday night in Allentown, Pennsylvania, Larry Keiser called 911. There was no emergency, however: The 51-year-old, who was bummed about an upsetting family situation, just wanted someone to talk to. He was politely told only to call 911 in the case of emergency-and then proceeded to call five more times. After police showed up to reinforce this message, Keiser, who admitted to drinking several beers, told them he’d refrain from calling. Then he called 911 again right after the cops left, and was arrested after they made a hasty U-turn.
