New Study Shows Exercising Can Actually Kill You

We all know you have to exercise to stay healthy but it turns out, exercising just a little too much is actually harmful and could kill you. 

Researchers discovered that white men who work out at least 7.5 hours a week are almost twice as likely to suffer from heart disease than those who exercise a moderate amount. 

Over a 25-year period, scientists compared exercise patters and noticed that very active white men are 86% more likely to have clogged arteries by middle age. They think it's because the amount of working out the men did caused stress on the arteries. 

Interestingly, it was only true for white men. 

While more studies need to be done, doctors want to make sure that people don't just stop exercising because of the discovery.
