Breakfast NOT Important For Weightloss?

I skip breakfast a lot.. Probably more than I should.. But it's often been said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, in part because it supposedly helps you control your food consumption during your other meals. But a new Australian study calls these claims into doubt. It found that eating a hearty breakfast doesn't help people eat less later in the day, and those who have breakfast end up eating more calories each day. "We should not change diets to include breakfast eating in order to lose weight. Do what works best for you," the author of the study said. I'd have to agree! Go ahead a skip breakfast LOL
