The Colorado State University Rams are going bowling for the first time since 2008! The team's 7-6 record (5-3 MWC) earned them a chance to play against the Washington State Cougars (6-6; 4-5 Pac 12) at the Gildan® New Mexico Bowl on Saturday, December 21 at 12 pm MST.

The game will be played at University Stadium on the University of New Mexico campus. ESPN will televise the game - check your listings for channel and time.

New Mexico Bowl

The Gildan® New Mexico Bowl has been played since 2006. It is typically one of the first games of the bowl season. The bowl game puts a Mountain West Conference team against a Pacific 12 conference team. The New Mexico Bowl trophy is a 20-inch piece of Zia Pueblo pottery, painted with Pueblo symbols, the New Mexico Bowl logo, football players, and the logos of the competing teams.

The game is the only annually nationally televised sporting event in the state of New Mexico.
